Monthly contestants will be drawn on 6/05/09 and 7/03/09.
Grand prize contestants will be drawn on 7/19/09.
Contestants will be notified by email and/or cell phone based on their entry form information. Contestants will have ten working days to claim their prizes by either emailing winner@apfiesta.com or calling 847.385.7810. Prizes not claimed within ten working days will be forfeited.
